Description: During installation on a system with NVMe drives, Pivot process
fails with "No CRU 11 disks available for pivoting" reported in
the ftsys-firstboot.log file if only a single pair of disks are
inserted.

Description: A system running AUL 7.0.1.0 or 7.0.1.1 could have a vmnic
automatically removed from the vSwitch configuration if it was
booted with only a single enclosure powered, then rebooted
multiple times, and later the removed enclosure was powered and
restored to service.
