BMC 5.54 firmware update available for 2900, 4900 and 6900 ftServer systems with Linux®/ESXi OS

This alert announces the availability of BMC firmware Rev 5.54 for ftServer models 2900, 4900, and 6900. This BMC version has the fixes described in the issue section.

ftServer models 2900, 4900, and 6900 (Aquarius platform) running with:
AUL Release 11.1.8.x for Linux® OS
AUL Release 6.7.3.x for VMware ESXi OS
Issue
The following issues and enhancements are addressed in this BMC Firmware Revision 5.54.

Action Required
This version of the firmware, released by ECO-200281 is the recommended BMC firmware for ftServer 2900, 4900, and 6900 systems running AUL/Linux® Release 11.1.8.x and AUL/ESXi Release 6.7.3.x.
Update the BMC firmware.
