SolutionsPT limited wins Excellence in Customer Experience Accreditation
Achieves a four star rating and a high customer experience capabilities benchmark score
Cheadle Royal UK, 10th June 2009 - SolutionsPT Limited has announced that it has achieved accreditation in the Excellence in Customer Experience programme. The programme is the UK's most rigorous business accreditation programme focused on customer experience.
The Excellence in Customer Experience proves to customers that an organisation is committed to meeting and exceeding their needs. The accreditation scheme, an extension of the UK Customer Experience Awards, is a robust and independent assessment of an organisation's ability to consistently deliver a superior customer experience. SolutionsPT was awarded four stars which is classified as "excellent above average performance, integrated processes, continuous improvement." SolutionsPT's success means that they will now be automatically entered for the UK Customer Experience Awards to be held later this year.

The assessment, which is proven over 15 years of experience, underpins a database comprising of over 1,800 organisations from all sectors of industry and commerce. Our judging panel, including the assessor who carried out an in-depth site visit at SolutionsPT, awarded them a customer experience capabilities benchmark score which placed them high in the 2nd decile of accredited organisations."
