What is ThingWorx?
Today’s connected world is really comprised of 3 dimensions of data and information:

People – unstructured data from human collaboration, social interaction (Twitter, Social Media)

Systems – structured data from business systems – CRM, ERP, Manufacturing, etc.

Physical World – and time-series, event based data from intelligent systems, connected devices, etc.
The ThingWorx platform integrates data from these three sources. ThingWorx also collects, tags, and relates the different data types from these 'Things', creating an operational data store that becomes more valuable as the quantity of data and the density of relationships increase. This data store becomes the basis of context aware collaboration and interaction among the systems users, further enhancing its value.
